No sign of a lie in this morning. We lounged in bed until about 7:30 then I got up with Penny, allowing Melissa (who's in work tonight) a lie in.
Penny and I watched some kids TV, she had some toast, I had some toast, then at about 9am I took her up for her nap. She nodded off at about 9:30am leaving me time to play some Skyrim before Melissa woke up. Once she was up she got herself ready for the day, then Penny woke up at about 10:30am and we headed to the in laws for a spot of brunch.
Afterwards we headed to the Concourse for a hacksaw, and (the) ASDA for some milk and stuff.
We got home to find Emma and Harry on the doorstep waiting to be let in to eat us out of house and home. I left Melissa, Penny, Emma and Harry to it while I fitted the blinds I mentioned yesterday.
I'm rather pleased with my work; it was much more straight forward than I'd anticipated, and so almost enjoyable.
We had tea then Penny had a bath and Melissa went to work. Me and Penny watched the end of Kids TV while Penny bounced on a chair and stumbled in to stuff whilst occasionally trying to fall asleep wherever she could and at 6:30pm I brought her up to bed.
At 6:38pm she was asleep.
Now it's time for dishes, hoovering and Skyrim in that order. I might even have a beer.
