Friday was a not bad day. I can't remember specifics, because it was three days ago, but I will say that work was fairly busy, and we had Chinese for tea.
Saturday, Melissa's cousins Maggie and Gracie came up to visit from Devon, so once Penny had had her breakfast and morning nap, they came to visit, then Melissa and Penny took them to the fair round the corner (at the pub) while I played Minecraft all afternoon. Oh, I also built a trampoline that they bought for Penny for Christmas. It was a twat of a job, but Penny was happy with the end result.
That evening we went to the pub for tea, then we brought the girls back here. Melissa bathed Penny while me and the girls watched a film, then they went to bed, I watched Utopia and went to sleep myself.
Sunday morning saw me feeding and amusing the 3 girls while Melissa had a long lie in. She was tired, having had a restless night, and she's in work tonight, so needed the extra kip.
Once Penny was asleep for her morning nap, and because Melissa was still in bed, I showed the girls round Minecraft. They seemed genuinely interested. Which was just as well, as they had no choice.
Once Penny woke up everyone got ready to go out and I tried to find my way out of a cave (Minecraft) then we went to Melissa's mum and dads for lunch.
Once we were home, Penny was very grouchy. She's not been eating much and is tired as a result. We're blaming teeth. She's fast asleep at the moment, leaving me free to watch a film and have an early night while Melissa's at work.
