Penny went bananas last night.
We gave her some ibuprofen before bed and she nodded off. About an hour later she woke up screaming. It was almost 2 hours later before she finally went to bed. In that 2 hour period she was throwing herself around our bed and just generally going mental. It finally took some Dentinox to get her to settle, and we didn't hear from her again until almost 8am, except for a minor blip at about 12:40am.
I got a lift to work from Jeff and spent my day, as you do, working. It was a good day. Stuff got accomplished in varying degrees and then Melissa picked me up after work with Penny and we darted round (the) ASDA. Coz why not?
Penny was a little under the weather in (the) ASDA but by the time we got home she looked like death warmed up and wouldn't let me near her, she just wouldn't let Melissa go. Which made it awkward when she decided to have a shower. She nearly choked on her tea, too. We think her throat is swollen or something. She was whining with every mouthful of food or water or milk. She was just a mess. I gave her some ibuprofen again in lieu of Calpol and Melissa phoned for an emergency holiday at work which she was granted, fortunately.
I went, then, to (the) ASDA once again, this time for Karvol to help clear Penny's nose. By the time I got back Penny had perked up a bit. She'd had some porridge and some liquid, but she still wasn't herself, but the ibuprofen was definitely doing the trick.
We amused her for a bit and the put our poorly bunny to bed.
This evening will be spent on Penny watch I feel, but I might squeeze in some Call of Duty.
See you tomorrow!
