Day 602

Monday, how I hate you. Penny slept well, despite initial sleeping troubles. Wind. Teeth. Who knows. I woke with my alarm at 7:10am and it was pitch black out. I was convinced there'd been a mistake. At 7:20am, snooze interrupted my attempted re-slumber and I got up, showered and walked to work, leaving Melissa and Penny fast asleep. Damn them.

Work was OK, if a little slow. There's not a great deal else I can say about it, actually.

Melissa and Penny picked me up, and I fed Penny while Melissa had a shower. She showed me her new pram. Penny's new pram, I mean. It's lovely. Then she left for work and Penny and me played for a bit.

She was tired, though. Really tired. I bathed her, and brought her back downstairs for a bit, but she got bored and grumpy quickly, so I took her up to bed. She fell asleep during her bottle, leaving me to cook and eat pigeon pie, mash and peas. Noms.

This evening I plan on cleaning my hard drive out in preparation for the impending installation of Windows 8. Rock and roll, no?
