After her late night, Penny slept admirably. She wake up just before 8am, played with us in bed for a bit and the Melissa took her downstairs allowing me an hour extra in bed.
It was good.
I got up, then, and Melissa got back in to bed and Penny and me walked to (the) ASDA. I needed some stuff, Penny needed a nap. Perfick. I we wrapped her up warm as it was a lovely cold Autumn morning.
She nodded off about 5 minutes from home and slept for about 45 minutes, giving me chance to make lunch and so forth for Melissa and myself.
Then it was time for my mum and dad to visit. Penny put on a good show and amused my dad with story books and so forth until she started nodding off. Melissa took her to bed and she slept for nearly 2 hours, her late nights apparently catch up with her.
After she woke up she was grouchy, but soon changed her tune when Melissa fed her some of the delicious stew I'd almost made, but had hijacked from me at the last minute.
Once that was done it was playtime, then bathtime, then bottle time, then bed time.
She not showing any signs of going to sleep just yet, unlike me, who's nodding off at is keyboard.
Melissa' watching X Factor tonight, despite saying she'd never watch it again. I might watch a Bond film in preparation for the new film on Friday.
See you tomorrow. That's Monday, for those not keeping track...
