I got out of bed somewhat reluctantly at 7:30am and made my way to work. I was about 20 minutes late, as my text to Jeff for a lift arrived on his phone 2 hours after I sent it.
I took this on the way in :
We had a minor tornado type affair last night, it was hideous. I thought I was going to have to walk to work in it this morning, but the weather cleared and I got to see that. Spectacular.
Work was somewhat blurry, but not altogether unpleasant. I made Andrea eat one of my cookies. She was hesitant at first but she soon wolfed it down. I only mention this because if I don't she'll have a go at me.
Melissa and Penny picked me up at 4pm and we came home and had tea.
Penny had been to the Jungle this afternoon, which meant she had no time for an afternoon nap, which meant this evening she was cranky again and, fed up of Eggheads I decided to chuck her in the bath. She had a lovely time and I've no idea when she found the time to do this :
But find time she did. I got her out of there pretty quickly (after I took the photo, obviously), dried her, bottled her and off she went to sleep.
I cleaned her shit out the bath, both literally and in reference to all her frigging toys and now I just have a kitchen to clean before I can relax.
Wednesday tomorrow. Halfway there.
