Monday. After an initial struggle, Penny slept well, and right through until after I left for work.
Oh, yeah, work. That was fun. It was, for the most part, uneventful. I have found a potential stockist for American Mountain Dew in the Councourse though. I'll keep you updated on that one.
I walked some of the way home, when I got call from Melissa. I met her and Penny in (the) ASDA where we picked up some tea and I picked up my lunch for the week.
We went home, cooked tea, ate that, and then Melissa left me and a grumpy Penny and went to work.Penny an me watched Pointless, and then, when it became evident Penny was reallllly tired, we upped sticks and I chucked her in the bath. She had a lovely, whinge free soak for about 20 minutes, then I got her out, and the whinging recommenced. She was very wriggling while I was clothing her and I think I've put her vest on back to front. Whatever. Anyway, I gave her her bottle and she almost fell asleep there and then.
When I felt she'd had enough I put her in her cot and she was gone. Fast asleep. Now it's time to do the dishes, watch the end of Pointless, then some other TV, and then bed.
