Praise be, a lie in! 30 minutes of it, in fact. Though I didn't really capitalise, as I needed a wee and couldn't get comfortable.
I got Penny up just after she awoke and dumped her with Melissa, then made her a bottle and me and Melissa tea and coffee respectively.
We got up, Penny stole some of my chocolate spread on toast, then we got ready, showered and whatever and headed out for the day. We went Melissa's mum and dads, gave Penny her lunch, and bundled them into the car and drove into Liverpool to meet my parents for coffee.
The 7 of us had a lovely time, with good coffee, good chatting, and good Penny. She ate a bag of Quavers and was generally very pleasant, as per usual.
We bid my parents a fond farewell, and headed home ourselves, Penny eating her tea in the car. The child's always eating.
Home, then, via (the) ASDA obviously. Melissa and Penny had a play while I made up some tea, the I ran Penny a bath. Melissa's bathing her right now, I'm cooking tea (in between typing this), while Melissa sort's Penny out.
