Today is Saturday. Penny slept at Melissa's mum and dads last night, and I lay awake most of the night staring at the ceiling, while Melissa battled the cats for mattress domination. We both gave in and got up just after 9am. Melissa went to the gym and I made us breakfast.
She came home, ate, showered and went to collect Penny while I made the house look clean.
Shortly after 2pm my mum and dad arrived and we drank tea, chatted and amused Penny (once she'd go over the shock of my dads face), photos were taken and then I cooked us all a yummy tea which we ate, then we sat and chatted more, and my mum and dad left and Melissa gave Penny a bath while I did the dishes (there was lot of them) then we gave a tired, hungry baby her bottle and put her to bed.
She's found her legs and spends a lot of her day practising her legwork for her breast stroke. It's quite amusing.
She'll be asleep soon and I'm tempted to follow her. I'm knackered.
I might have a beer or two and play XBOX for a bit instead.
Church tomorrow. I've been practising my Hymns.
