Penny apparently awoke at about midnight and stayed awake until about half 1. Oblivious, though. I was. Melissa wasn't. Then, at 5am, Penny awoke again. Melissa made a bottle for her and I got some more sleep.
Woke up feeling fine and well, showered and headed to work. When I got there, I realised I'd forgotten my security pass, which my desk key is also attached to, where my laptop lives. So I had to walk back home, collect my pass and key, and then walk back to work. Fun.
It was a good day though. Quite busy. Time flew.
Afterwards, I walked home. For a change.
We fed Penny, who's addicted to Petit Filous. She won't touch her carrots if she know's Petit Filous is coming. She proper noms it. It's funny. I recorded a video, but it's full screen 1080p and about 170mb for 1 minute of footage, so I've opted not to upload it.
Afterwards I cooked tea for me and Melissa, then we chucked Penny in the bath. She's basically a stone in weight now. 13lb14oz. The little chubber.
Afterwards I made my way to the glamorous première of the short film I had a hand in making in August (remember?). I say "glamorous", I mean "Stew's flat". There was M&Ms and Malteasers supplied by Sonia and some booze on offer too. We had a good time though, and the screening went down well. We had a (surreal) impromptu guitar jam afterwards, which was my cue to leave.
I'm going to make my lunch for tomorrow now, and then snuggle up into bed with Melissa and read my book.
See you tomorrow!
