Well, shit in my mouth... What a good nights sleep we all had.
We had a little trouble getting Penny to sleep; Melissa had to eat her tea in Penny's room while I sat downstairs watching classic Mr Bean and eating mine, but then, once she was off, she was off. We didn't hear from her then until \bout 7:40am, just as I was leaving for work.
She loves her new bed!
Work was alright today. Disconcertingly quiet, for a Monday, if I'm honest, but I wasn't complaining.
I walked home then, with Howard, who's car was in for an MOT, then I drove him home, coz I'm a nice guy. Without direction home from Burscough I very nearly got lost. Well, I did get a bit lost when I took a wrong turn, but only one. I saw a sign on the way home that said Experimental Road Surface. What does that mean?
Came home then and played with Penny for a bit while Melissa prepared tea. She's off to Slimming World later, I'm watching Penny, that'll be interesting. She's fed, and just about to go to bed though, so as long as we can get her to sleep before Melissa leaves we should be Ok. I will, provided Penny is asleep, be cooking tea while Melissa's out.
I'm starving. I hope she isn't long.
I might watch last nights Sherlock tonight. Or I might not.
