We all slept well last night. Penny was grouchy before bed and almost didn't go off at her normal time, but then she did and we were all happy. Melissa got an early night, I got to watch a film (Love and Other Drugs, not bad really) and then made my butty's and went to bed. The next thing I knew it was 7:20am and Melissa was up feeding Penny and I was late for work.
Work was OK, I've bought myself a lovely Christmas shirt (not a shirt covered in reindeer and shit, but a shirt to wear over the festive period). Penny has been a bit (a lot) of a grump all day, as well doing a lot of sicking. Melissa took her to baby massage where she screamed and spewed after only a brief period of time and had to be fed, then brought her home, where she screamed for a large part of the day. She settled briefly when I came home and we watched Pointless while Melissa cooked tea, but then, just as tea was about to be served, she went bananas again.
A hastily scoffed (but delicious) tea later, Melissa and Penny were in the bath and I was doing the dishes.
She settled well after her bath, but then realised she was hungry due to all the sicking so I made up a bottle and Melissa gave her a wee dram of Calpol for kids to settle her a bit.
She's currently snuggled with Melissa on the bed waiting patiently (for a change) for her bottle. I'm not confident for a good night, but she often proves me wrong, so fingers crossed.
