Managed to sleep in the bed last night, from midnight until about 6:30am when Penny stirred for a feed. All in all, a much better sleep than the night before.
I walked to work in a silly hat to prevent my shower-wet hair from freezing, only to be rained on a few minutes from work. I persevered, though and I didn't get too wet.
Work was mostly alright once again and I walked home to find my dad and my uncle (still not the same person) ready to leave after a hard days work laying a floor for us. My uncle is coming back tomorrow to finish it off. They've done a good job. I knew they would (wood). Pictures tomorrow.
Once they'd gone I sat about doing very little, waiting for Melissa to get home. She'd been out with her mum, shopping, for a change. I can't complain though, she bought me another silly hat and while I fed Penny she cooked us pizza for tea. I know, we eat too much pizza.
Once that was eaten we bathed Penny. She loves her baths, hates getting out. Melissa is now watching Vampire Diaries with Penny (she covers her eyes at the scary bits) and once that's done we'll trade places on the couch and I'll watch a film.
Thursday tomorow. Could be worse!
