Penny slept through then, until 6:15am. She nodded off again, for a bit, and at 7am I got up and showered while Melissa fed Penny, and then I walked to work.
It was a truly glorious morning, and reminded me why I enjoy walking to work so much.
Work was typically work-esque and I left at 3:30pm as I was getting a lift home with Tina, who was coming to meet Penny. While the cooing and ooing went on I tore the stereo out the car and fitted a a cable that had been delivered which allows me to use my mp3 player in the car, and have it output through the car speakers. £10 well spent, I feel. It was either that or a new stereo.
Tina left and we bathed Penny.

Southern style chicken with a bourbon sauce, home-made wedges and some veg. It looked really good, so I took a picture.
I tasted better than it looks. It's apparently hard to photograph food in a way that makes it look appetising.
We watched The Great British Bake Off while we ate tea, and I chanced my arm on a yoghurt 3 days out of date. It was fine.
I fed and supervised Penny while Melissa had a lovely bath with some of her new Lush products, then I came up here to write this.
Penny's spitting up seems to have calmed down somewhat, but I think Melissa's going to take her back to the doctors, just for a check, perhaps see if there could be anything else causing it.
Thursday tomorrow. Exciting.
See you then.
