I gave Penny her night feed (at about 6am) and we went back to bed where we slept until about 9am.
Melissa's uncle Dave and his wife Claire came up with their kids Maggie and Gracie late last night to met Penny. They were staying at Melissa's mum and dad's and we went up bright and early to see them. We were just in time for breakfast, which was fortunate.
Penny was passed round like a hot potato, but it was little Maggie who held her longest.

Once they all got back we had some lunch and I took Maggie and Gracie to the concourse for some bits and bobs, and some fresh air. It was a big mistake. They had £2 each to spend in Poundland. We were in there for about half an hour. But I did get some car mats from Home Bargains for just £3.99 which I'm very pleased with.
I'll post pictures of the car tomorrow, honest.
We got back, and then decided to head round to the pub (again) for some tea (again). Melissa put Penny in her most ridiculous hat yet.
On the walk round it rained, naturally. It's been a weird weather day, really. Rain and sun throughout. It's been warm and cold. Just weird, really.

We had some tea and walked home. It was cold, dark, but not raining.
Now we're home, Melissa is settling down with Penny for some X Factor. I'm planning on watching a film and having a beer.
It was quite a busy Saturday, busier than I'd anticipated. Tomorrow will only be worse, I'm sure.
See you then!
