I ended up watching a Korean film last night called Memories of Murder which was really good.
Went to bed just as Penny was having her last feed, then Melissa settled her down and we both went to sleep. We weren't woken until 5:45am. It was amazing, at first glance, but then I realised I had to be up in just over an hours time for work and so dozed for an hour and absolutely knackered myself out. Awesome. I almost had a double snooze, but instead forced myself out of bed an into the shower.
A walk, followed by a pretty decent day in work, then a lift home from Jeff.
Melissa informed me that Penny had been very whingey today, and kept wanting to be held. All that finished when daddy came home. She seemed quite content and we had a bit of a snuggle. My father in law came round to claim back his car and leave us with ours which I cleaned out ready for sale. There's a pound coin trapped down by the handbrake. I think I'm going to have to let it go with the car. Gutting.
Once that was done I dug out the V5 form and my paper licence (it took me 5 attempts to spell that correctly) and the I drove to (the) ASDA for some supplies.
Came home, cooked burger and chips for Melissa and myself. Nom.
It's almost time for The Great British Bake Off on BBC2, so that's exciting.
See you tomorrow.
