Day 98

Watched The Aviator, on a whim. It was great.

Went to bed a little after 11, the early night well and truly written off. Just as I was dozing off the little cat fell off the wardrobe, onto the big cat and all hell broke loose. That was a jarring wake up.

Woke up, showered and walked into work. My woodpecker friend was out in force, pecking at wood.

I was very tired in work today and incredibly jealous when Melissa got to go home at 1:30. I tried my best not to fall asleep, and after work we went out for dinner with Tracy and Dave to the Foot o'thCauseway in Billinge, however, they don't do food on Mondays so went up to The White Lion in Wrightington and ate there. Lovely pints and even lovelier food. Dave has let me borrow a book called Far East Atrocities which isn't about food poisoning incidents, but more about mass murderers such as Stalin and Pol Pot. Should be a good laugh.

On the way home my Welsh friend Keely called me and asked me to diagnose and fix her laptop over the phone. Alas, this proved impossible and she is without laptop and consequently the internet, emails, music and worse still, this blog. Poor girl.

Melissa is in bed, groaning after over indulging and I'm going to go and watch TV or a film and maybe have another beer.

See you tomorrow. Well, not you Keely.

Also, over 3,000 views. Thanks everyone!
