Luther was good. Glad it's back.
Walked into work. Rude not to when it's so nice. Work, blah. Mostly boring.
Howard gave me a lift home as the weather turned and it was pissing down. Mel's brother had left for day having put the door in the hole he'd made. Lookin' good. I'll take photos when it's done, which will hopefully be tomorrow.
The house smells largely of moist sand, and the rain today could be seeing pissing over the soil that the lean to was built upon. That's some planning and construction work, that is.
This evening I have made ready the upstairs area for the construction work that is due to be undertaken by my uncle tomorrow. I still need to clean the bathroom (so it can be made messy tomorrow, I know, twisted logic. Ask my wife) and have taken a break to write this.
Tomorrow will include, hopefully, quite a few photos... Before and after, type stuff.
This evening, Melissa will pick me up from the house after work and we'll go to (the) ASDA for some sundries. We will come home and I will watch a film with a beer or two, anticipating a bit of a lie in tomorrow.
Tree Stump Update
It's gone. Mel's brother helped rip it out the ground with his 4x4 and now there's just a big patch of horrible mud which I accidentally traipsed through the house.
