Watched The Prestige last night. I'll probably watch The Dark Knight in the next few days too. Just so you know.
Almost didn't go to work today as I feel like shit again. I have a cough, and when I cough my brain hurts. Also, my head just feels like it's filled with cat litter.
But I did go to work, and had a productive day given the circumstances. Did our monthly quiz with Brian and without the rest of the team and we did quite well.
Suffered through the rest of the day and then went to the in-laws for a roast dinner. Sprouts were a highlight, lack of Yorkshire puddings was a distinct lowlight. We discovered that the man who fitted our new boiler last year is also fully capable of of fitting our new bathroom so that's good news. He was very professional, prompt, neat, tidy and reasonably priced. Once the rooms dimensions have been altered we'll get him in to give us a quote.
This evening I'm considering a Lemsip and maybe a movie, I think Melissa has ironing to do, the lucky devil. It might also be worth noting that Melissa has had to remove her belly ring due to the size of her baby bump. I suppose this is considered baby news.
