Network was the film I watched. I described it thusly : "it's an 8. easily... the story is still so relevant, performances were pure... script was just insane. i really liked it." That's an exact quote. I can't recommend it highly enough. RIP Sidney Lumet.
This morning we headed to the in laws to wave off uncle Dave and the gang and have a breakfast. I picked up an electric chainsaw and we headed home.
I made the front garden my bitch. It's been decimated. I might send a bouquet to its widow.
Got my bike out, but I can't connect the front brakes. I'll have sort that out one night this week as I'm supposed to be going for a ride with Howard next weekend.
This evening we headed up to the in-laws to return a step ladder and an electric chainsaw, with all my fingers and limbs intact. They took us to the pub for dinner. I had belly pork.
This evening I'll be watching the last day of the Masters on BBC HD, which starts in 2 minutes, hence the brevity of this post.
See you tomorrow.
